A top pick is the Bolognese pasta : fettuccine topped with a rich , tomatobased sauce blending beef and pork , mirepoix , cream and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese . Or choose a from-the-sea dish like cioppino or lobster linguini with lemon-cream sauce , sundried tomatoes and asparagus .
