What was the client ’ s business objective , and how did the provision of an online / hybrid event help achieve this ? The client ’ s objective was to bring together b2b and b2c publishers , newspapers , content providers and suppliers , through a face-to-face event , and online afterwards with a hybrid element in the form of ‘ video on-demand ’ content of all the theatre conference sessions .
