Outline the event concept : Deliver the 2021 European Tech Summit virtual event to key clients and partners of DLA . This is one of Europe ’ s largest tech conferences . This year the event moved to a fully digital offering .
What was the client ’ s business objective , and how did the provision of an online / hybrid event help achieve this ? The task was to keep the same level of consumer engagement that the event has spent years building up through it ’ s fantastic physical events . Understanding the obvious restrictions in terms of travel , safety and Covid , the decision was made to go fully virtual this year .
Describe the online visitor experience ; how were they engaged , and could you measure this engagement ? The chat function was lit up at the closing remarks of the day with happy guests . Expert moderation , paired with the client ’ s key content delivery meant that the audience could enjoy the event , uninterrupted by any technical issues .
