LNP Sound has been running for over 17 years . During that time , we have built up an amazing reputation for delivering high-quality AV to all kinds of events across the UK . We have done everything from small meetings to massive music shows and conferences , and we can adapt to any situation given to us .
Once the Covid-19 pandemic hit , we knew we had to adapt to continue surviving as a business through this difficult time . We turned our attention to how we could still run events during lockdown and decided to turn our attention to online events we could run from home . Eventually , once the government restrictions relaxed , we were able to offer our clients hybrid events , meaning we could use film crews to offer livestreaming onto several different platforms .
The plan for PPN ’ s event was to deliver a brand-new training course for people with existing property portfolios . While this is usually a 12-month
course , the main objective was to get the event up and running after the first lockdown to make up for the lost months . We wanted to make sure our client could deliver the experience of their event comfortably and safely , which would help themselves and their delegates get back into the swing of live events . The event was marketed towards the delegates who had already expressed an interest in 2019 . Our client had already done a number of Zoom taster sessions , while waiting for the national restrictions to relax for events to run , and that the venue we were using was safe . It was essential that when this event was marketed , it was to encourage returning customers to continue their training course and reassure them that they were not going to miss out on what they were promised before the pandemic .
We made sure the event was in live with Covid-19 guidelines and made sure not to go over the maximum number of 30 people in a room . To make sure delegates could still be there physically if they wished to be , we set up two separate rooms . One had the live stage which our client would be presenting from , with
“ THE CINEMA ROOM WAS A GREAT WAY TO COMPROMISE AND TO AVOID EXCEEDING THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ALLOWED IN ONE ROOM .”
25 people , including speakers , staff and delegates , and we also set up a “ cinema room ” for another 30 delegates , who watched the conference being streamed into their room . This was a great way to ensure we could have the full numbers for people on the course , since it was fundamentally important for our client to make up for the lost time . These numbers also included our technicians , who made sure that the event was set up
