Digital Event Awards 2021 25
BEST DIGITAL EXHIBITION
Winner : ConneXion
Company : The Virtual Event Company
Judge ’ s comment : “ Impressive stats for this Brunton Business Publicationsowned event but importantly , the brand visibility for exhibitors in this 3D exhibition creation was excellent . Using Avatars for networking interaction with other like-minded delegates and exhibitors proved a great tool . Good to see tiered booth offerings driving impressive financial ratios as well .”
BEST DIGITAL FUNDRAISING EVENT
Winner : BGC Virtual Charity Day 2020
Company : Brandfuel
Judge ’ s comment : “ A really nice pivot from a physical to a digital event . Retaining the interest and commitment of A-list celebrities and running the event so seamlessly was a credit to the client . The money raised and the praise given in the supporting video material goes to show what a fantastic entry this is .”
BEST DIGITAL INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS EVENT
Winner : Roche Product Launch Summit
Company : The Creative Engagement Group
Judge ’ s comment : “ This event had a clear sense of direction and a strong story . Linking the event to the product and adding a theme of ‘ energy ’ was clever and it paid-off . The event was designed with the attendee in mind as they had a say in the content that was delivered . It is a smaller event than the others however it reached its goals and connected 66 % more participants than they would have done at the live show . The feedback from the attendees was very positive and the tribes idea worked out well .”

BEST DIGITAL FESTIVAL

Judge ’ s comment : “ Impressive transition of a live experience into the digital world and one that seems set to stay for the long-term . A high-profile and bold VR launch with 4.36 million people - 35 times that of the physical event with a ‘ Pay what you want ’ e-ticket and a great lineup .”
