Many of the items are glutenfree , using as many organic ingredients as possible .
The house salad includes leaf lettuce , spiralized beets , grated carrots , chickpeas , quinoa , and a house-made lemon tahini dressing . The Tofu “ BLT ” features strips of smoky-sweet seasoned tofu on a five-grain bread with egg-free mayonnaise .
While the original focus was on vegan items , many meat-based options have been added to the line . The Local Bison Shepherd ’ s Pie features local bison and 100 percent organic vegetables , and the pasta sauce is made with local and organic beef and organic vegetables – great on any type of pasta !
