P Kramer is the married father of four grown children . As he writes :
" I am a member of St . Fidelis Parish in College Point , New York City , where I am a trustee , lector and Extraordinary minister of the Eucharist . I am also very involved in youth programs and I facilitate a weekly faith sharing group .
" My undergraduate degree is in Accounting and I spent many years in the business world . Although my paycheck came from the finance world , I was always involved in the formation programs at my parish and through the diocese . Through the years , I have taught various ages in many formation programs at my parish . I furthered my education by obtaining an MA in Catholic theology at CDU .
" A few years ago , I answered a calling from God and enrolled as a candidate for the diaconate for the Brooklyn / Queens diocese . I hope to be ordained in the near future ."
