All of our cruises feature a delectable menu that is tailored to include the culinary traditions of the specific region. Each meal is developed by our master chefs who are trained in fine dining and international cuisine preparation. Our chefs take time to carefully select the freshest ingredients and incorporate locally sourced seafood, meat, and produce into every meal. The dining area onboard accommodates all guests at one seating, so you are free to choose when and where you will like to eat. Celebrating a special event? Our private dining rooms can accommodate groups of 6 to 20 people. We also offer complimentary wine and beer during lunch and dinner. After each day of exploration, our guests unwind with a complimentary cocktail hour and hors d’ oeuvres with fellow passengers, during which they are free to mingle and share their experiences. If you have any special requests or dietary needs, they will be handled with precision and care.
