Live the dream of being a winemaker for a day at Raymond Vineyards in the heart of Napa Valley . As we arrive , guests will be treated to a glass of bubbles in The Red Room . Enjoy a scenic walk to the blending area to begin your immersive winemaking experience . Learn the winemaker ’ s art while blending your own Napa Valley red creation . Small teams will compete for the title of best wine of the day . The winning team ’ s wine will be bottled on site , complete with a special American Cruise Line ’ s label and all winemakers will receive their own bottle to commemorate their unique experience . After departing Raymond Vineyards , you will have a brief stop at 1881 Napa Wine History Museum for a glimpse into the history , pioneers and winemaking relics of Napa Valley and an opportunity to taste wines from the region . Lunch will be provided for your ride back to the ship from renowned Oakville Grocery .
