How to design your MVP?
There are four essential components:
• Persona – describes what your
customers will be like (not what you
target). This information will give you
an insight of how they behave and
what motivates them to buy your
product.
• Pain Points – describes what problem
your personas are currently having.
“job to be done” concept.
• Alternative – describes how your
customers handle their “pain points”.
• Value Proposition – describes the
“value” that you are offering. It should
be much better than the “alternative”.
