You are single and ready to mingle: Though it might seem impossible to live or to be
without this person you will move on. Accept the fact that you are now free of most of
your commitments, you can now do things like you always wanted to do, wear clothes
that you wanted, be yourself.Recognize and Release Your Feelings:It might feel as if your
heart has been ripped off from your chest, or that you cannot breath, eat, live without
this person….just give it some time you will definitely be able to let go. You might have
extreme anger issues or strong emotions, write down on a paper your true feelings and
tear the paper into pieces…might make you feel good. It is always helpful when you can
point out the negatives in your ex: It might be that this person was getting you all loved
up, dolled up, all weak in the knees, but it wouldn’t hurt to think about the flaws your ex
