DIET MANTRA KOLKATTA CONDUCTED HEALTH
SESSION AT CALCUTTA CRICKET & FOOTBALL
CLUB ( CCFC ) ON 27th June 2014.
Diet Mantra Kolkatta successfully organised a health talk
in collaboration with Flash fitness at CCFC. The session
focused on healthy eating habits, women nutrition, food
facts and myths, fitness-pre and post foods and how can
we address common diseases with simple lifestyle and
diet modification. It was a successful event with over 40
people participating in the event. The Diet mantra
Nutritionist also organised nutrition games in which
