A BRIEF HISTORICAL OVERVIEW OF THE FIRM
About the Director:
The Director holds qualifications in the fields of Psychology (Bachelor’s Degree;
4th year Honours equivalent; Master’s Degree) and Law (Bachelor’s Honours –
LLB; Master’s Degree - LLM; and is currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree in law
– LLD, which he will complete in 2018.
The Director is an admitted legal practitioner of the High Court of Namibia, and
is also an admitted Notary Public and Conveyancer. After serving his articles at
Conradie & Damaseb Legal Practitioners for a period of one year (mid 2009 – mid
2010) the Director established the firm and has since then been the sole Director
and shareholder of Diedericks Inc.
His goal was to establish a small firm where a manageable chunk of workload
could be accommodated whilst at the same time offering training opportunities
for aspiring lawyers, some of whom to date have started their own legal firms in
Windhoek.
