Chinese Spring Festival

Traditionally, the Chinese New Year is the kick-off to the Spring Festival in China. This is a
time to celebrate with friends and family with food and dance. Join us at Dickinson Hall as
we celebrate the Year of the Dog with great food and the beautiful colorful dancers of

Please join us at Dickinson Hall to enjoy a concert performance by the students of the Lake
Forest Country Day School. Their repertoire includes an exciting variety of genres from
Folk to American Broadway Theater to the American Spiritual sung by a polished and
enthusiastic group of 110 middle school students. Free and open to the public. A reception
hosted by the students will follow.
