This magazine will cover the three different elements of carnival; how
carnival started giving a breif history of the French and slavery influence,
Mas and the different characters and Steelpans.
There are a few contributors to this magazine that should be mentioned.
An interview was done by an experienced carnival participartor and hi-
torian who taught me the historical elements of carnival. Some informa-
tion was also gathered by the National Carnival Comission of Trinidad
and Tobago and from their website.
