What an easy recipe! Super yummy and perfect for dinner or lunch on a hot day!

Simple To Make!

Baked, sauteed, grilled or bolied chicken! No skin. Cut chicken into small pieces, add a little mayo and some spicy mustard! I chop and add celery, red apple pieces, and white onion. Add black pepper or small pieces of jalapenos for an extra kick! Mix well. Cut open a fresh juicy ripe tomato and cut at four points through.

Add chicken inside tomato and serve cold. Chicken can be warm but I love to put this in frig and eat w chicken and tomato cold and room temp butter crackers!

You can also do the same exact recipe with light tuna! I feel the tiny pieces of apples set off the spicy mustard and onion with a great flavor burst combo!
