Council Welcomes Two New Public Members
Judy Mintz
Ms. Judy Mintz was founding Executive Director of Dundas Community Ser-
vices in Hamilton for more than 40 years. She has served on many charitable,
corporate and community boards, including the Government of Canada’s
National Council of Welfare and currently, she is a Part Time Commissioner on
the Canada Human Rights Commission. Ms. Mintz has extensive experience in
policy advisory committees’ work in health and community services through
her membership in the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Mental Health
and Addiction Strategy Summit and the Community Coalition of Health and
Support Services.
She lives in Toronto.
Roy Marra
Mr. Roy Marra is an IT services management professional who has worked
within the professional services and systems development management land-
scape from consulting to customer management. He is currently manager of
Business Analysis Services at Independent Electricity System Operator.
Mr. Marra completed his Executive MBA at the University of Fredericton in 2014.
He received his B.Sc (Computer Science) in 1999 from Ryerson University.
He lives in Caledon.
