Message from the President
Is it time that the College had a public member of
Council as President? At its last meeting, Council
directed staff to develop options that would facilitate
the election of a public President.
7 From the Registrar’s Desk
It has taken 20 years for the current opioid crisis
to develop and quick fixes and easy answers will
not work. Council’s new strategy recognizes that
resources, collaboration with different groups and
a steadfast commitment to improved patient and
public safety are necessary in order to prevail.
