He has been in medical practice in Ontario since 1969 and has practised as an emergency physician in Kingston for 38 years. Dr. Rapin is a past president of the Ontario Medical Association and has been active in the Canadian Medical Association. Dr. Rapin will serve on the Discipline Committee, among other duties. He has sat on the Fitness to Practise, Discipline and Premises Inspection Committees. He also recently chaired the College’s Consent to Treatment policy working group. In the coming year, he will serve on the Discipline, Fitness to Practise, and Premises Inspection Committees. Dr. Judith Plante Pembroke Graduated from: McGill University Principle Area of Practice: Family Medicine Current Hospitalist Appointments: Pembroke Regional Hospital Dr. Plante is a new member of Council. She has practised as a family physician for 23 years. She is Director of the Pembroke Unit of the University of Ottawa Family Medicine residence program. Recently, Dr. Plante retired as Chief of Family Practice at Pembroke Regional Hospital, after seven years.
