Furthermore, the fact that the medical records were transferred a few months after June 2010 is not helpful in this regard. There was no other evidence of a continuing physician-patient relationship after June 2010. The Committee found that the physician-patient relationship between Patient A and Dr. BCD ended in June 2010.
