evidence of a continuing physician-patient relationship.
Furthermore, the fact that the medical records were
transferred a few months after June 2010 is not helpful in
this regard. There was no other evidence of a continuing
physician-patient relationship after June 2010.
The Committee found that the physician-patient
relationship between Patient A and Dr. BCD ended in
June 2010.
There was no evidence of any sexual or inappropriate contact between Patient A and Dr. BCD prior to
the termination of the physician-patient relationship,
and Patient A denied that there had been any such
