Order
The Committee ordered and directed that:

3. r. Woollam reimburse the College for funding

provided to patients under the program required
under section 85.7 of the Code (funding for
therapy), by posting an irrevocable letter of credit
or other security acceptable to the College, in the
amount of $16,060;
4. r. Woollam pay to the College costs in the

amount of $4,460 within 90 days of the date of this
Order.
At the conclusion of the hearing, Dr. Woollam waived his
right to an appeal and the Committee administered the
public reprimand.
