LETTERS TO THE EDITOR Consultations 21 Proposed Amendments: Transparency Initiative As part of the College’s Transparency Initiative, Council wants to know what you think of proposed by-laws that would make available on the public register members’ criminal findings, findings of offences under the Health Insurance Act and certain bail conditions. 25 Proposed Amendments: Fees and Remuneration By-Law The College is seeking your feedback on two sets of draft amendments. If passed, they would 1) add a fee for any member who applies to modify the terms, conditions or limitations of his or her restricted certificate of registration, and 2) provide greater clarity to the College’s annual application renewal for postgraduate members.
