The offices of AIMCo are located on the
top four floors of a rejuvenated and
expanded downtown office building.
The workplace is anchored by a central
staircase which vertically connects and
maximizes interaction among staff who
work collectively to find unique investments
and service solutions for their clients. As
the investment business is fluid, dynamic
and fast paced, the space is designed to be
flexible, support ad-hoc collaboration and
thought provoking. The design concept not
only supports but fosters the multi-cultural
environment of the corporation.
