Customer-Centric Solutions LOYALTYONE LoyaltyOne sought an exciting new solution for the reception floor of LoyaltyOne’s downtown Toronto office. As a global provider of loyalty programs, research driven customer insights and customer experience management strategies, the space had to be highly functional, well- branded and engaging, with enhanced security and effective meeting spaces. The design solution embodies the vision for a space that is bold, expressive and technologically advanced while being safe and secure. The final design solution was met with exuberant acceptance as it becomes the new social hub for activity across the organization.
