LGM FINANCIAL SERVICES
Since 1998 LGM has been leading the way in providing credible warranty and insurance solutions for prominent automotive brands. It was extremely important to CEO Adam Hill that the office design reflect the automotive heritage that has been part of LGM since inception. We worked together to create a sleek, clean, crisp reception floor. The idea was to have this area feel like you are stepping through the doors of a prestige retail car dealership. The 4th floor has polished white concrete floors with high gloss walls. 80” technology screens are framed out allowing client interaction. Meaningful quotes are positioned on the original concrete wall that stretches through the core of the office. The idea is that LGM will be able to add these as times goes forward.
Designer Janay Koldingnes recounts DIALOG’ s first meetings with the project team.
“ Our first few interviews with CEO Adam Hill, revealed that this move was a definite game changer for the direction of the company. Coming from a very traditional set-up with closed offices and high panels, Hill made it quite clear to the company that they were going to have to open their minds to a new way of working.
The LGM eatery is located just off of a 2,500 square foot open deck. The outdoor area is an extension of space for the staff. Together DIALOG and LGM took advantage of every square inch of space allowing staff to work anywhere. It is no longer about your desk. It is about what the rest of the office can do for you. All vertical circulation is highlighted in LGM’ s corporate yellow to identify way finding throughout the tower. You can pretty much catch glimpses of the yellow submarine stairs anywhere in the office. Who does not love a little yellow”?
