The slender 42-storey tower proposes to increase the density on the site to an 8.6 FSR. The project is intended to accommodate retail, market residential units as well as rental housing, amenity spaces, and a strong public arts amenity component, and a strong public arts amenity component. The building’s appearance has been strongly influenced by contextual factors and building orientation, where the architectural vocabulary reflects its immediate environment and responds with a high quality aesthetic associated with contemporary urban living.
