Located at the northeast corner of Richards Street and Pacific Boulevard, steps
away from False Creek, this newest addition to the dense Yaletown area is within
close proximity to the Granville Street Entertainment district, David Lam Park,
Yaletown Canada Line SkyTrain Station, and an extensive network of public
transportation.
The slender 42-storey tower proposes to increase the density on the site to an
8.6 FSR. The project is intended to accommodate retail, market residential units
as well as rental housing, amenity spaces, and a strong public arts amenity
component, and a strong public arts amenity component.
The building’s appearance has been strongly influenced by contextual factors
and building orientation, where the architectural vocabulary reflects its
immediate environment and responds with a high quality aesthetic associated
with contemporary urban living. There will also be 1,780 sq. ft of prime Richards
Street exposure retail space available. IBI Group Inc. is providing construction
