horizontality and the playful use of colour, pattern and form speak to the
history of the site, which was in the 1950s, a modern milk and cheese dairy.
The building contains 98 dwelling units including 9 laneway townhomes.
Ground floor retail faces both Main Street and a new community park. Other
features include community gardens on the second level, recycled glass roof
ballast and solar domestic hot water.
