The design work focuses around vibrant, safe streets and a mixing of urban
cultures and local life. The block layout integrates with the surrounding
neighbourhood while providing outstanding view corridors to the downtown
skyline and the ocean.
DIALOG is currently working to revise the 8.5 million sq ft master plan to
include residential, 300,000 sq ft of commercial development and 225,000
sq ft of green open space. The new plan creates an active commercial main
street, a vibrant mixed-use neighbourhood and a world-class public realm.
