MACROMOLECULES

Most of the macromolecules that are in your body are polymers. Each type of macromolecule is a polymer composed of a different type of subunit. 'What are Macromolecules?' Well Macromolecules are made up by smaller molecules called monomers. They are usually Nuleic Acids or Protiens and are made up of linked up monomers. There are many different possiblitys because they can be linked up with other kinds of monomers. There are Lipids, Protiens, Nuleic Acids, and Carbohydreates.

CALORIES

Calories are very important in the human body. As you may know they are good for in helping with the energy, nut too many is not a good thing.

A certain amount of calories can do you a lot of favor. These calories are equivalent to the amount of energy unit present in the food that we take into our body. And the energy that we get from it allows us to perform well in our day-to-day activities.There are six classes of nutrients: carbohydrate, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals, and water. Of these six classes of nutrients, only 3 provide calories or energy for the body: carbohydrate, protein and fat.
