Montebelo Golf is located between Lisbon and Porto, and 10 minutes from Viseu. Situated within a landscape surrounded by the Caramulo and Estrela mountains, this is the only 27-hole golf course in the central region of Portugal. Designed by Mark Stilwell and Malcolm Kenyon, the course is sympathetic to its surroundings, taking advantage of the natural landscape and local vegetation, as well as the pines, oaks, underbrush and lakes.
