4 . Batteries brands accepted for the trade-in : Any cordless tools battery is entitled for this promotion . One used battery can be trade-in for One new DeWalt Battery .
5 . Battery Types : Batteries other than those used for power tools ( e . g ., car batteries , laptop batteries ) are not eligible for this promotion .
6 . Condition of Used Batteries : The used battery must be in its original casing . Battery with severe physical damage ( e . g ., cracked housing , exposed wiring ) strictly will not be accepted .
7 . New Battery Purchase Requirement : The discount applies only when purchasing a new DCB183-B1 2.0Ah battery and / or DCB182-B1 4.0Ah battery and / or DCB184-B1 5.0Ah battery as part of the trade-in .
8 . Trade-In Process Assessment : distributors / dealers / retailers / resellers will inspect the used battery to determine its eligibility . Distributors / dealers / retailers / resellers reserves the right to reject batteries that do not meet quality standards .
9 . Exchange Value : The discounted RRP on the new battery will depend on the new Dewalt battery model purchase by the customers . Exchange values are non-negotiable . 10 . Non-Transferable : Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers . 11 . One-for-One : Only one discount is provided per used battery exchange . 12 . Refunds : Once the trade-in is completed , refunds of the new battery are not allowed . 13 . Limited-Time Offer : The promotion is valid during specific dates and may end without prior notice . 14 . Store Locations : Trade-in is available only at participating distributors / dealers / retailers / resellers . 15 . Legal Compliance : All participants must adhere to local laws and regulations regarding battery disposal and recycling .
