BILLY DEMONG ’ S PLAY LIST

A perfect day on the mountain from the ultimate Park City insider
START EARLY
Take a short stroll over to Murdock ’ s Café in Canyons Village for an eye-opening cup of dark roast and a breakfast burrito stuffed with Applewood smoked bacon and fresh pico di gallo . Now you ’ re just steps from the lifts and ready to hit the mountain .
TAKE THE ORANGE BUBBLE
Hop onto the Orange Bubble Express . If it ’ s a powder day , take a run on Paradise off Tombstone before heading over to 9990 or Dreamcatcher , depending on what ’ s open . If it ’ s a groomer day , head directly to Super Condor Express , do a few laps on Apex Ridge , and cruise Upper Boa .
TIME TO REFUEL
When my six-year-old son is dropped off for lunch , we often eat on the mountain at Red Pine Lodge . He loves the Kids Pack with a mini turkey corn dog , while I ’ m partial to the sweet chili pork banh mi .
BACK TO THE SLOPES
We like to ski the treed runs off Snow Dancer or Tombstone . Great terrain , good views , and a few wide turns are a pretty awesome way to build your skills and spend time together on the mountain . By 3 p . m ., we shut it down and are heading to the hot tub .
