Michelle has over 30 years of experience in racing and currently has responsibility for the tactical career marketing campaigns which sees her working from exhibition stands to digital campaigns !
She has a huge amount of knowledge about the industry and is always on the end of the phone to support people in their careers . She manages the Development Programme and is the key point of contact with the placement sponsors .

Zoe has worked in horseracing for 24 years having graduated with an Equine Business Degree and
Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing .
She is responsible for the Careers Marketing Strategy that supports the racing industry , inspiring talented people to work in racing at all levels of role .

Adam has worked in the racing industry for the past five years working on various community initiatives . An avid sports fan , Adam has previously worked for inner city youth charities managing sports projects , he currently leads on a number of CareersinRacing initiatives including Experiential Days and the Volunteer Career Maker Programme .
