GREEN POND PLANNED RESIDENTIAL GOLF COURSE COMMUNITY, BETHLEHEM, PA
JGPCO is in the process of redeveloping a 110-acre tract of land surrounding the Green Pond Country Club into a 314-lot planned residential golf course community in Bethlehem Twp., PA. The project proves challenging due to the regional flooding issues which JGPCO is working closely with the local, state and outside agencies to address.

NORTHAMPTON COMMUNITY COLLEGE, BETHLEHEM TWP., PA
JGPCO was recently named as the design/build developer for the Northampton Community College dormitory expansion in Bethlehem Twp., PA. The project will consist of a 300-bed student residence with dining hall, lounges and laundry facilities.

JGPCO was recently awarded the construction of a 26,000 sq. ft. auto dealership for Sansone KIA located in Avenel, NJ. The facility will serve as the new prototype for KIA Dealerships throughout the United States.

MIDDLESEX LOGISTICS CENTER, EDISON, NJ
This 570,000 sq. ft. industrial facility will be ready for occupancy soon. When complete, the building will be a state-of-the-art distribution facility located at exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike.

JGPCO is designing and building a new 14,000 sq. ft. distribution facility for Airgas located in Cherry Hill, NJ. Airgas is the largest U.S. distributor of industrial, medical and specialty gases. Airgas is a leading producer of atmospheric gases, carbon dioxide, dry ice and nitrous oxide.

HUNTERDON ORTHOPAEDIC INSTITUTE, RARITAN TWP., NJ
JGPCO broke ground on a 38,195 sq. ft. medical office building for Hunterdon Orthopaedic Institue. The office is located on Wescott Drive next to Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Twp., NJ.
