The National Day of Prayer Breakfast will be
held as scheduled on May 7, 2015 at the Towns
County Recreation/Conference Center.

In 2014, I was approached by a Towns County

resident requesting permission to schedule one part
of the Towns County Conference/Recreation Center
for the National Day of Prayer Breakfast. Following
our regular procedure for scheduling requests to use
county facilities, it was determined the part of the
facility requested was available. The event was held
and lasted about three hours. Meanwhile, at this same
time in other areas, which are the vast majority of the
facility -- two gym courts, fitness area, lobby, walking
