We ended up moving into the trailer court and my mom got a new boyfriend who is nice. My dad lived by himself in our old house and then he moved in with his girlfriend named Tina Franzen and her three daughters, she had been married four times before she started dating my dad and my mom soon found out where the money had been going. My dad married Tina in 2008 and he went right back to work because Tina is the secretary from Imperial Roofing and she had been taking out money from my dads check to save up for when they got married and she made my dad divorce my mom. It was quite obvious that she wanted a man who could earn money and she wanted all of the money to spend on her and her daughters.

It had been a year and a month since my dad and Tina had gotten married. Since then Tina found another job for my dad to take so that it will make him make more money. He didn’t really know the guys that he would be working with at the new job but Tina certainly did. Things were quiet on the gossip train. Since the marriage I had refused to stay on the weekends that my dad was supposed to have me because I didn’t like Tina and even if I wanted to, Tina wouldn’t let my dad see me so he could not even spend a day with me. The last day I spent time with him was a few months before September of 2009.

It was a normal day, I had gone to school and I went to the West Union Library just to hangout. I had no real reason to go to the library. My mom dropped me off at the library right after I had gotten out of school. She came to pick me up around 4:00 maybe a little bit after that. As we were driving to my grandma’s house to see my aunt and my cousins, she said that she heard some people had gotten into a four-wheeler accident down by the river outside of Eldorado. She was still a little mad at my dad because his wife Tina had started rumours about our family and he daughters harassed my brother called him white trash. She said that she hoped that it was my dad that had got into the four-wheeler accident. I just thought that it couldn’t possibly be my dad and I just pushed the thought aside.
