Summer is just around the corner , which means it ’ s time to start planning fun activities and excursions with family and friends . What better plan than to head up north to find beauty in the landscape and camaraderie at the local breweries that offer beer as well as nonalcoholic beverages , food , games , and activities
for all ages .
Starry Eyed Brewing Company , located in Little Falls , Minn ., debuted in October of 2017 with owner Thomas Goebel Jr . and his business partner Kyle Kieffer at the helm .
Thomas is the brew master and Kyle takes care of the bookkeeping and sales . Both work the bar . Currently , there are 20 brews on tap plus one beer cocktail served every Sunday which Thomas nicknamed “ Tommy Chelada ” – a Cancun-style red beer .
Thomas loves to experiment with different kinds of brews and through “ Tap Foolery ” created a drink called Blood Orange IPA to appeal to nonbeer drinkers . He also practices “ Hop Foolery ” using exotic hops such as New Zealand Hops . Thomas has beer on tap in Morrison County , Brainerd , St . Cloud and in St . Paul . Thomas still
