Quixote , Miguel de Cervantes – Club El Encin Golf Hotel has an 18-hole , 72-hole course designed by renowned Robert van Hagge from design firm Hagge , Smelek and Baril that opened in 2011 .
El Encin has its own golf school using the latest Swing analysis systems and one of the largest driving ranges in Spain , with 100 bays . It also has an on-site , four-star hotel , the Sercotel Encin Golf Hotel , offering 39 rooms .
The golf course is noted for having some of the best-value green fees in and around Madrid .
The El Robledal Golf course is set amidst nature in the municipality of Villalbilla , 15km from Alcala de Henares in the eastern part of Greater Madrid . A par 72 layout , it opened in 1975 and features fairways lined by holm oak trees and bushes as well as water hazards . and putt course and short game practice areas . It is aimed at all levels of golfer .
Golf La Dehesa is located in the municipality of Villanueva de La Canada , in the foothills of the Sierra de Guadarrama , 28km from the centre of Madrid .
Its 6,022-metre , par 72 golf course was designed by Manuel Pinero , its front nine following the course of the Aulencia River with the back nine presenting a more technical challenge . There is a golf school and a driving range .
The club is a family-orientated sports and leisure centre that offers facilities including tennis , squash and paddle-tennis courts besides a gym , saunas and swimming pools .
