At 6,132 metres of the white tees, Villamartin is not
excessively long but it has been adapted to the
natural surroundings which can provide difficulties
for wayward shots. Located in a river bed, the
layout is quite varied without too many slopes. It
has an abundance of Mediterranean vegetation and a thick grove,
although these should rarely influence your game. The greens are
quite large and once you avoid several obstacles like the natural
cliffs and water hazards, Villamartin provides golfers with a good
chance to beat their handicap.
