DESTINATION GOLF SCOTLAND 2026

Trump International Scotland( New Course)

The New Course at Trump Aberdeen opened in the summer of 2025. It is a sweet foil to its grandiose sibling. It is laid out across dunes, heathland and wetlands, and embraces hundreds of acres of rugged coastal terrain. Views of the North Sea are plentiful and by creating infinity greens the design team of Martin Hawtree, Christian Lundin and Christine Fraser has ensured those views arrive, time and again. The team has also incorporated ancient burns into their design and water appears across the course to add to the attraction and the challenge. On the short 295y par-4 4th, for example, you have to play over water at some point, no matter which of the six tees you play from. Off the back tees( 670 yards), the par-5 15th features huge dunes along the left and water down the right, with a burn running through the hole, into a lake.
The club believes the course will have the world’ s largest natural bunker and with its combination of differing terrains it promises to be something special. The landscape even changes one final time as you play the 18th, heading uphill to an infinity green, with incredible views of the Championship course and clubhouse beyond.
