A championship course of lazy rhythm and hypnotic flow , Quinta de Cima Golf is embraced by centenary olive and carob trees , as well as orange groves and vineyards . It all combines to maintain the region ’ s original landscape and it is a charming course to play . It is also testing with the subtle movement and shape , and big undulating greens . Similar to its sibling , Quinta da Ria , the course was designed by Rocky Roquemore .
