Located in the heart of Lisbon, this friendly 9-hole course is
designed for those who are looking for a leisurely game. Paco
Do Lumiar is more than a golf course, as local families would
congregate here for social functions and gatherings. The course
is located in beautiful surroundings and is always kept in good
condition. Golfers come here to make use of the practise
facilities, get a lesson of the club pro and perfect their game
before taking on the bigger courses. With the Arrábida mountains as its backdrop, the Quinta do
Peru golf course offers amateurs a pleasant game, whilst also
presenting a challenge for professionals. The course’s recognised
quality has led to its hosting several events, including the Grande
Final of the UAP Challenge Tour in 1995 and 1996. The front nine
can be quite tricky, as the many trees and wild flowers need to be
avoided. A real feature hole on this course is the par-3 eight. This
200-yard hole requires a precise shot over water to an undulating

Ribagolfe I Oeiras
Once described as the ‘Valderrama of Portugal’, Ribagolfe I
provides a superb test of golf in a unique and natural setting 40
minutes from Lisbon, with the experience akin to millionaire’s golf
with not a house to be seen and each hole sheltered from the
view of the others. Set in a beautiful cork oak forest and boasting
superb oversized greens, Ribagolfe measures 7,370 yards from the
back tees and has hosted the first stage of the European Tour
Qualifying School since 2009. Situated in Oeiras and surrounded by the most important
business centres of Portugal, this 3515-yard 9-hole course offers
players an enjoyable and challenging golf experience in a quiet
and secluded setting just 10 minutes away from the busy streets
of Lisbon. The course is part of the Orizonte Group of seven golf
