EastWood Country Club

Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. EastWood is a beautiful course located about 1.5 hours from downtown Tokyo. Nestled in some gently rolling hills in Tochigi prefecture, the club is famous for its wide fairways, strategic bunkering and large, fast greens. The course hosts the Sumaiida Cup on the JPGA Senior tour in May.
The clubhouse is large and full of character, the concept of a Scottish lodge is very evident with natural dark wood, exposed rafters and vaulted ceilings. There is a well-equipped pro shop with a great selection of‘ Omiage’ or souvenir goods. The restaurant boasts produce from the clubs own farm located on adjacent land.
