Located 100km north of Helsinki, the exquisite Linna Golf is a scenic golf course that is set amidst beautiful birch and pine forests, framed by a 7km long lake, and situated in the Manor grounds of the historical Vanajanlinna Manor.
Designed by Tim Lobb, in association with European Golf Design, the Championship course offers a secluded and pristine golfing experience, making full use of its rocky outcrops, water features, woodland and natural environment. Since opening, the course has received praise for both its design and maintenance, hosting prestigious competitions, and receiving acclaim from golf publications. It was awarded Finlands Best Golf Course by the World Golf Awards at the 2016 ceremony.
A member of European Tour Properties, the superb accommodation and conference facilities found within the historic setting of the Vanajanlinna hotel, located right next to the course, complete the Linna experience.
For a unique golfing experience, golfers can play late into the night in June, with a round of golf until midnight.
