Druids Glen
Druids Glen closed in 2022 , for a multi-million renovation by Peter McEvoy and Jeff Lynch ( reGolf ). The work will secure the Glen ’ s reputation as one of Ireland ’ s very best parklands . In terms of colour , rhythm , variety and sheer intrigue there is no Irish course that compares . This is thrilling golf from start to finish , flowing over mature parkland , and the club possesses the best set of par threes on the island ( alongside Tralee ), with 8 and 12 tucked away in enchanting settings . It is by no means easy - much of the back nine is laced with water - but you ’ ll face so many thrilling shots it won ’ t matter one bit . Good luck on the 13th - revered and feared in equal measure .
