Perhaps my best flight ‘ever’ from Johannesburg to London was with Air Mauritius. To be fair this was a combination of both the carrier and the destination, but Air Mauritius has also been one of the most consistent airlines I have ever flown on and having been to Mauritius 15 times, I think that I have had enough experience to support the comment. In this case it was a one way trip and included the quite dreadful and onerous pre-booking caveat that ‘forced’ to break the flight with a stopover of at least three nights duration in Mauritius!
