Voting for this year ’ s awards took place between 21 April and 21 May during which over 100,000 votes were received collectively for over 1,000 entrants from happy customers across the globe , all placing their stamp of approval on their establishment of choice . “ One of the most favourable ways to award service excellence is by allowing the public to have their say , and hearing from the previous clients is a popular manner in which to make a decision on where you will stay , spa or dine .
