Thanh Lanh Valley Golf & Resort is a Sir Nick Faldo designed course located at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level , 2.5 hour drive from Hanoi . His design incorporates the local natural terrain of Thanh Lanh Lake and the surrounding valley of the Tam Dao mountains . Golfers play distinct sections , including lakes , hillside , parkland , and a short section of Links golf . The finishing holes play along the lake ’ s shoreline to the clubhouse with a magnificent mountain backdrop . Faldo incorporated natural streams and contours to create interest and variety in shot making . And while the course can stretch to more than 7,000 yards , five sets of tees and generous width make sure the course is playable for golfers of all abilities .

PGA Ocean Golf Course at Novaworld Phan Thiet is one of two 18-hole golf courses inside a 1,000-hectare integrated resort complex . Phan Thiet is famous for its blue sea , white sand , golden sunshine , and predictable climate all year round and is on the southern Vietnam coast adjacent to the East Sea . Ocean Course is the first licensed Professional Golfers ’ Association ( PGA ) club in Vietnam . The Greg Norman signature design is a coastal style and plays to over 7,400 yards . Designed by IMG Worldwide in 2011 , Vinpearl Golf Nha Trang offers a challenging layout of 6787 yards stretching 1.82 square kilometers . The course meanders through the valley and along a lake bank with the seashore offering a gentle breeze , whilst the views are simply breathtaking . Situated on its own picturesque valley along an 800-meter stretch of pristine white sand beach , the 18-hole par 71 golf course is situated on Hon Tre island , which beautifully embraces the clear blue bay and the majestic mountainous landscape .
Long Than
The Long Thanh Golf Club offers 36 holes ( Hill & Lake ) in the former rice paddies and scenic countryside surrounding Saigon , 30km from Ho Chi Minh City . Both the Hill and Lake course are well maintained throughout the year , each with their own character . Higher handicappers might prefer the Lake Course , however , which is relatively flatter . The Long Thanh Golf Club and Residential Estate have also spared no expense to build an elaborate clubhouse . The main restaurant serves a fine selection of both Vietnamese and Western food for golfers after their rounds . Overall , golf at Long Thanh is an impressive experience .
