In yet another effort to tap the growth potential in tourism and open a new chapter in Indian aviation , Mega Maldives Airlines , the largest international airline of the Maldives launched its non-stop flights between India and Maldives this November . With high speed connectivity from New Delhi and Male three times a week , the non-stop service provides significant advantages to what is available in the market . At a journey time of just 3Hrs 40Min ( outbound ) and 4Hrs and 20Min ( Inbound ), this is the fastest and only non-stop connection between the two cities .
