California-born Hayley Paige is one of the most sought-after and approachable bridal designers in the industry . Her fun , flirty , romantic looks have been worn by celebrities like Carrie Underwood and Chrissy Teigen , as well as many a bride and bridesmaid . Paige , who learned how to sew at a young age by her grandmother and went on to study fiber science and design at Cornell , before becoming the head designer for JLM Couture at only 25 , now leads several fashion lines and collaborations . She has guest-starred on TLC ' s “ Say Yes to the Dress ” and is in the middle of planning her own wedding . We chatted with Paige about gown trends , accessorizing tips and what to wear by wedding venue .
